The biggest penis to have been recorded belongs to Roberto Esquivel Cabrera, from Mexico. It measures in at a whopping 18.9 inches. Although Doctors have advised him to have a penis reduction for health reasons, he has refused as he likes knowing he has the biggest penis in the world.

Currently, the smallest penis ever recorded and recognised belongs to Mike Carson from Miami, Florida. His small, fully-functioning penis measures 1/16th of an inch. Well, Dr Bayard Olle Fischer Santos (based in Brazil) successfully managed to enlarge a man’s penis by 16 cm (6.29 in) through surgery and physiotherapy.

Penis enlargement surgery can take anywhere between 1 to 2 hours.

The lengthening procedure usually takes 1 hour under general anaesthetic.

Then the fat transfer procedure, which is done to increase the girth, takes around 45 minutes depending on how much fat is being added.

Penis enlargement injections are done using HA filler and are injected using a cannula. Unlike penis enlargement surgery, penis enlargement injections aren’t considered a long term option.

Depending on the filler chosen, the injection can last 1 – 4 years. With most men opting for a top-up treatment after the first few years.

  They work by disrupting the collagen plaque that causes the curvature.

Peyronie’s Disease symptoms don’t always appear straight away, as the condition gradually worsens.
Symptoms include:

• A noticeable bend in the penis. This bend can be sidewards, upwards or downwards
• Sex will become more difficult and/or painful, depending on the stage you are at. If Peyronie’s Disease is caught early, it can be treated before you experience this pain.

If Peyronie’s Disease is left untreated it will worsen. Sex will then become too painful or impossible.

In mild cases, men may be able to have pain-free sex. Treatment may not be needed until the condition worsens. However, if you do notice a curve in your penis it is best to contact your doctor or a Urologist to discuss treatment options.
