When looking at before and after photographs you should be mindful that results of all surgical and non-surgical procedures vary from patient to patient. Your results may be better or worse than results you may see in such photographs. They are however a reasonable indication as to the results that you could expect from a similar procedure.

Photographs may be taken at various stages of a patients recovery and it can some weeks for the final result to appear , especially after surgical procedures, please bear this in mind when you view them.

Below are examples of before and after the use of penis fillers. A range of different amounts has been used from 3ml to 15ml.

They are used to increase the size of the penis whilst achieving good symmetry.

This patient had 15ml of filler. Note how natural the penis looks , with excellent symmetry to the shaft. This is due to the Moorgate cannula method for penis enlargement, developed by us several years ago

This patient has an unbalanced look to the penis shaft before treatment. After injecting with just 3ml of hyaluronic acid, we have been able to achieve really good symmetry along the shaft of the penis

Here we have a patient who had the maximum 20ml of filler injected in one single session. This has given him a very impressive penis girth gain , clearly evident from the photos. Notice how we have been able to get the penis into a slightly more natural looking shape with careful placement of the filler along the shaft.
This patient had 15ml of filler injected uniformly along the penile shaft. You can see from these photos that this patient has very good shaft length. This impressive length has enhanced the aesthetic result overall with a symmetrical appearance and good girth. Those patients with a long penis shaft benefit enourmously from added girth to balance out the penis overall.
This patient had 13ml of filler for the first time. This is a really nice improvement in girth with a natural looking result too.
Here we have a first time treatment with 15ml of our gold filler. Note how the penis looks longer due to the weight of the filler on the penis. Very nice first time result. The patient was very pleased.

Here we have a very nice result from 16ml of our gold penis filler. Good symmetry is obtained from our cannula injection technique. Notice how the penis looks naturally longer on the side "after" photo. This is because the weight of this filler is making the penis appear longer in the flaccid length. A great first treatment, and introduction to penis filler for this patient.
Here we have a first time patient with a great result from 15ml of Moorgate Gold filler. This patient had good penis flaccid length, which makes his result from penis filler even better.
This was a first-time patient with 18ml of the gold filler. Note the beautiful distribution of the filler, creating better shaft symmetry, especially base to mid-shaft. Impressive girth gains too, as you would expect from 18ml.
Here we have a superb result from just 9ml of our gold filler. This has had a major impact on penis girth, but just look how much longer it looks too! This is due to the weight of the Moorgate Gold filler on the penis. It makes the penis hang a bit lower. Penis filler is not a lengthening treatment, but it’s a very nice side effect of the treatment! This treatment was performed by Dr Nenad Djakovic in our London clinic.

This patient had length and girth surgery with Dr Nenad Djakovic. The procedure also included a fixation of the penile skin to the corporal bodies of his penis. This will help ensure that the penis does not retract so much. Fixation of the penile skin is a procedure often performed at Moorgate Andrology for cases of buried penis, usually alongside e penis enlargement surgery.
Here is another superb penis enlargement length and girth surgery result, from Dr Nenad Djakovic. The flaccid penis length has increased by 5cm though a ligamentosis procedure, moving from a pre-operative measurement of 8cm, to a post operative measurement of 13cm. As for the girth, we have achieved an immediate post-operative increase of 6cm.

Here we have an excellent result from a length and girth surgery. The flaccid length measured 7.5 cm and the post-surgery length measures 14cm. The girth also has an impressive increase at this stage from 8.8cm to 13.4cm. These photo were taken immediately after the surgery.

This patient had suspensory ligament division which increased his flaccid length from 7cm to 13.5 cm. For the girth we used the fat transfer method which has increased his penis girth from 9.7cm to 14.5 cm

This patient had ligamentolysis surgery to increase the flaccid length of the penis. At the same time, he had an autologous fat transfer to his penis to make the penis thicker in the flaccid and erect state. The donor fat was harvested from the belly and inner thighs. The result is an increase in flaccid penis length and flaccid and erect girth with impressive results. The Patient will now start a home course of traction therapy on the penis to help increase erect length after the surgery.
